4 chicken fillets

½ onion in slices

½ cup of chopped coriander

1 tablespoon of minced garlic

2 teaspoons of Dela Familia corn starch

½ cup cream

2 Dela Familia chicken flavored bouillon
PREPARATION:
-
Season the chicken fillets with 1 packet of Dela Familia chicken flavored bouillon.

Brown them in a pan with oil for 4 minutes on each side. Reserve.

Make the chicken broth 2 cups of water, add 1 envelope of Dela Familia chicken flavored bouillon, stir until diluted. Reserve

Dilute two tablespoons of Dela Familia corn starch in ¼ of the previous broth. Reserve.

In a frying pan, place oil, fry the onion in slices, cook for 2 minutes.

Add the ground garlic, cook 2 minutes and pour in the bouillon broth, followed by the starch mixture.

Immediately pour the cream.

Place the breasts in the sauce, cook for 5 minutes, add chopped coriander.

6 large potatoes

1 cup of bacon cut into pieces

¼ cup chopped onion

1 ½ cups sliced mushrooms

1 ½ cups of chopped spinach

2 cups of grated cheese of your choice.
PREPARATION:

In a frying pan, place the chopped bacon and cook for 5 minutes.

Add the chopped onion cook 2 minutes.

Later add the sliced mushrooms and the chopped spinach, season with a 10g Dela Familia chicken flavored broth and cook for 5 more minutes. Reserve

Wash the potatoes and cook them in water with another packet of Dela Familia chicken flavored bouillon for about 15 minutes, until they are soft.

Remove from heat and strain.

Make a hole in the potatoes and fill with the previous mixture, place them on a tray.

For the sauce:

PREPARATION:
Start by putting the chicken fillets in a bowl and season them with the Pollo Dela Familia broth.
Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each one, roll them up and Reserve.

3 boneless chicken fillets

4 slices of ham

1 cup grated mozzarella cheese

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups bread crumbs

2 eggs
-
4 large tomatoes

1 tablespoon thyme
-
1 tablespoon oregano

Oil
Preparation:

Flatten the chicken fillets until thin.

Season with Dela Familia Chicken Consommé.

Dredge the fillets in flour, then in the beaten egg and finally in the bread crumbs, pressing lightly so that it sticks to the breadcrumbs.

For the chicken

1 cup wheat flour

1 cup crushed corn flakes

3 cups of oil for frying
Preparation:

Mix milk with lemon juice. Let stand for 10 minutes.

Place in a bowl Dela Familia chicken broth, sweet paprika, brown sugar, cup wheat flour, Dela Familia natural corn starch, baking powder and crushed corn flakes, mix everything.

Add the chicken to the above mixture, cover and set aside.

To the milk mixture with the lemon juice, add the two eggs and mix until blended.

Add the liquid mixture to the chicken, set aside for 1 hour.

Re-bread the chicken pieces, cover well.
